What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Credit/Debit Card and GCash payments via PayMongo. We also accept Cash On Delivery (COD) via LBC and installments via TendoPay.
What happens if my items were lost or damaged?
We take careful measures to secure your orders from us. Our shipment process consists of 3 steps:
We will make sure to inspect your items carefully for physical damages and send you the actual photos of your orders (except for items that are boxed and sealed).
Fragile items are provided with standard protection for impacts and an extra wrap to avoid abrasions. We will make sure that your items are turned over to the courier in good and secured condition.
The actual value of your order shall be declared to the courier for insurance in cases of loss or damage during the delivery. This is an extra measure to give you peace of mind.
We will do our best to inspect your orders visually but if product issues arise, our contact channels are open to hear your statement and we'll be happy to work it out with you. Product misuse is another story.
